THAP3, 1-239aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
THAP3 is a component of a THAP1/THAP3-HCFC1-OGT complex that is required for the regulation of the transcriptional activity of RRM1. This protein is highly expressed in heart, skeletal muscle and placenta. Recombinant human THAP3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
