DBNDD2, 1-161aa Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
DBNDD2, also known as dysbindin domain-containing protein 2, belongs to the dysbindin family. DBNDD2 may modulate the activity of casein kinase-1 and inhibits CSNK1D autophosphorylation (in vitro). Recombinant human DBNDD2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
