Anti-Human ADCY9 Polyclonal Antibody

Adenylate cyclase is a membrane bound enzyme that catalyses the formation of cyclic AMP from ATP. It is regulated by a family of G protein-coupled receptors, protein kinases, and calcium. The type 9 adenylyl cyclase is a widely distributed adenylyl cyclase, and it is stimulated by beta-adrenergic receptor activation but is insensitive to forskolin, calcium, and somatostatin.ADCY9 (Adenylate Cyclase 9) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with ADCY9 include Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome and Malaria. Among its related pathways are Signaling in Gap Junctions and Development Endothelin-1/EDNRA signaling. GO annotations related to this gene include phosphorus-oxygen lyase activity and adenylate cyclase activity. An important paralog of this gene is ADCY8.
