UCHL3, 1-230aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase isozyme L3, also known as UCHL3, is a member of a gene family whose products hydrolyze small C-terminal adducts of ubiquitin to generate the ubiquitin monomer. UCHL3 play a role in the regulation of neuronal development and spermatogenesis and have been implicated in neurodegenerative diseases. UCHL3 protein is 54% identical to that of UCHL1. Recombinant human UCHL3 protprot, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
