TSEN15, 1-171aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
TSEN15 (tRNA-splicing endonuclease subunit Sen15) belongs to the SEN15 family. tRNA splicing is a fundamental process required for cell growth and division. SEN15 is a subunit of the tRNA splicing endonuclease. It cleaves pre-tRNA at the 5' and 3' splice sites to release the intron. Recombinant human TSEN15 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
