TPM2, 1-284aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
Tropomyosin beta chain isoform 2, also known as TPM2, is a member of the actin filament binding protein family which mainly expressed in slow, type 1 muscle fibers. Mutations in this gene can alter the expression of other sarcomeric tropomyosin proteins, and cause cap disease, nemaline myopathy and distal arthrogryposis syndromes. Recombinant human TPM2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
