Rspo1, 21-265aa, Mouse, His-tag, Baculovirus

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
Rspo1, as known as R-spondin-1, is a member of the Rspondin family. It is an activator of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by acting as a ligand for LGR4-6 receptors and in non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway by acting as an inhibitor of ZNRF3. Also, this protein induces the rapid onset of crypt cell proliferation and increses intestinal epithelial healing effect. Recombinant mouse Rspo1, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
