RANGRF, 1-186 aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
RANGRF is a protein that has been shown to function as a guanine nucleotide release factor in mouse and to regulate the expression and function of the Nav1.5 cardiac sodium channel in human. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Recombinant human RANGRF protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
