RAC1, 1-192aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
Rac1, belonging to the Rho small GTPase family, regulates the actin cytoskeleton but also other cellular processes. RAC1 have been shown to be involved in the regulation of cell-cell adhesion. Recombinant human RAC1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
