PTRHD1, 1-140aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
Putative peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase PTRHD1, also known as PTRHD1, is a 140 amino acid protein that is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 2p23.3. The second largest human chromosome, chromosome 2 consists of 237 million bases, encodes over 1,400 genes and makes up approximately 8% of the human genome. A number of genetic diseases are linked to genes on chromosome 2. Recombinant human PTRHD1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
