PET117, 23-81aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
Protein PET117 homolog, mitochondrial, also known as PET117, is nuclear gene. PET117 is required for the assembly of active cytochrome c oxidase in S. cerevisiae, yet their gene products are not subunits of the final assembled cytochrome c oxidase complex. PET117 is located on chromosome V near the HIS1 gene. Recombinant human PET117 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
