PDCD1LG2, 20-200aa, Human, hIgG-His-tag, Baculovirus

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
PDCD1LG2, also known as programmed cell death 1 ligand 2, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily or TN/MOG family. This protein is involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and IFNG production in a PDCD1-independent manner. Also, it interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression and cytokine production. Recombinant human PDCD1LG2, fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
