PAFAH1B3, 1-231aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
PAFAH1B3 protein belongs to the 'GDSL' lipolytic enzyme family. Acetylhydrolase is catalyzes the removal of an acetyl group from the glycerol backbone of platelet-activating factor. PAFAH1B3 is a subunit of the platelet-activating factor cetylhydrolase isoform 1B complex, which consists of the catalytic beta and gamma subunits and the regulatory alpha subunit. This complex plays an important role during the development of brain.
