NUDT4, 1-180aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
NUDT4 regulates the turnover of diphosphoinositol polyphosphates. The turnover of these high-energy diphosphoinositol polyphosphates represents a molecular switching activity with important regulatory consequences. Molecular switching by diphosphoinositol polyphosphates may contribute to regulating intracellular trafficking. Recombinant human NUDT4 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
