MPG, 1-298aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
MPG (DNA-3-methyladenine glycosylase) belongs to the DNA glycosylase MPG family. This protein initiates base excision repair in DNA by removing a wide variety of alkylated, deaminated, and lipid peroxidationinduced purine adducts. Recombinant human MPG protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
