IFNG, 24-161aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
IFNG, also known as interferon gamma, is secreted by lymphocytes stimulated by mitogen and is involved in the differentiation, maturation, and proliferation of hematopoietic cells. Nature human interferon-γ is composed of 143 amino acid residues without cysteine residues and is glycosylated. Proteolytic processing produces C-terminal heterogeneity, with proteins ending alternatively at Gly-150, Met-157 or Gly-161.
