IDI2, 1-227aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
IDI2, also known as isopentenyl-diphosphate delta-isomerase 2, belongs to the IPP isomerase type 1 family. IDI2 catalyzes the 1,3-allylic rearrangement of the homoallylic substrate isopentenyl (IPP) to its highly electrophilic allylic isomer, dimethylallyl diphosphate (DMAPP). Recombinant human IDI2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
