HSPBAP1, also known as HSPB1 associated protein 1, is a 25 kDa putative jumonji C containing protein. This protein plays a role in regulating stress response in the living cell. HSPBAP1 Interacts with CRYAB and HSPB1. Recombinant human HSPBAP1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
