GABARAPL2, 1-117aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
GABARAPL2, also known as ATG8, is involved in intra Golgi traffic and modulates intra Golgi transport through coupling between NSF activity and SNAREs activation. GABARAPL2 first stimulates the ATPase activity of NSF which in turn stimulates the association with GOSR1. Recombinant human GABARAPL2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
