EYA2, 244-514aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
EYA2, also known as eyes absent homolog 2, is a member of tyrosine phosphatase family that specifically dephosphorylates 'Tyr-142' of histone H2AX (H2AXY142ph). This protein promotes efficient DNA repair by dephosphorylating H2AX, promoting the recruitment of DNA repair complexes containing MDC1.
