HSPs is a group of stress protein cells induced by stress stimulation, and it is related to tumorigenesis, proliferation and differentiation. HSPs can be classified into 3 types according to their different molecular weight, and the distribution and function of each type of HSPs are different. HSP60 is mainly used in research of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer and breast cancer, which may have prognostic significance.
