BTF3, 1-209aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
Basic transcription factor 3, also known as BTF3, forms a stable complex with RNA polymerase II. This protein is required for the initiation of transcription. Recombinant human BTF3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
