Anti-Human NEUROG1 Polyclonal Antibody

Neurogenin-1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NEUROG1 gene. Acts as a transcriptional regulator. Involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation. Activates transcription by binding to the E box (5'-CANNTG-3'). Associates with chromatin to enhancer regulatory elements in genes encoding key transcriptional regulators of neurogenesis. NEUROG1 has been shown to interact with CREB-binding protein and decapentaplegic homolog 1.
