ANG, 25-147aa Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
ANG, as known as Angiogenin, belongs to RNase A family. This protein is an exceedingly potent mediator of new blood vessel formation. It hydrolyzes cellular tRNAs resulting in decreased protein synthesis and is similar to pancreatic ribonuclease. Recombinant human ANG protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli.
