CDC26, 1-85aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
CDC26, also known as ANAPC12, APC12, belongs to the CDC26 family which orchestrates progression through mitosis by decorating cell-cycle regulators with ubiquitin chains. This protein is component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle.
